Food for Fuel

This month 1Seven is looking at the food we eat and how it can give us the fuel we need to be active every day and the nutrients that keep our bodies healthy and strong. Adopting a balanced diet and healthy eating habits early is a vital platform for life-long health and wellbeing. Find out about the three categories of food and the importance of eating breakfast. We will also look at what kids are eating and healthy and unhealthy snacking habits.
